The order and shipping costs do not include customs duties in the recipient country. The recipient is fully responsible for customs clearance and any duties that may arise. We guarantee delivery of your order to the recipient country. Please note that from the moment it arrives in the destination country, the customer is responsible for tracking, interacting with local authorities, and receiving the shipment. Therefore, we separate the stages: international delivery is our responsibility, while final delivery is the recipient’s responsibility.
All orders are shipped with the international air freight company EMS.
The delivery time of the order is from 7 to 60 days, depending on the work of the postal service in the country of the recipient.

When placing an order, be sure to indicate your contact information as fully as possible: full name, delivery address, contact numbers. Your purchases are sent to the address provided during registration, so inaccuracies in contact information may lead to subsequent delivery problems. After placing an order, the operator will send you an email notification that your order has been processed. You will also receive an automatic email with your order details. Orders can be placed online at any time of the day, however, customer orders are processed during business hours, so orders placed on weekends or after hours will be processed according to the store’s opening hours.
